I will never take my car to any other auto mechanic. ME is always professional and honest. They always walk you though exactly what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait. They even will tell you the repercussions of if you do wait. I took my car here to get the brakes replaced a few months ago, then recently my brakes were shaking as if I needed to get them done again. I thought this was odd, so I took it in to be looked at. They explained that one of the suspension arms (maybe... forgive me my husband usually handles the cars) was loose and was causing the brakes to wear down unevenly. They said that because of their warranty, they would replace the brakes again for free and recommended that I get the arm fixed to prevent this happening again. Never had I ever taken my car somewhere that they honored their warranty. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone

I had a great experience here. It was my first time here so the inspection was free, which is all I went for. I found out the place doesn't accept walk-in visits so I had to make an appointment.

Josh and his team at ME have been taking care of mine and my wife’s car for years! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Edited: Normal Preventative Maintained on a 5500 Ram 6.7 Turbo Diesel Oil change air filter change two fuel filter changes. Most other shops $350-400. ME Auto charged $850 bill. When I pressed them on the cost the manager knocked off $100. Which still puts the cost $300 over most other shops in the area. My suggestion is to Know your prices and get a quote before approving work. Update: Josh called and we worked out a better price. I appreciate his assistance. I feel this bodes well for the shop in general and is a good learning experience for both parties.

Nice place, I made my appointment and when I arrived the employees were really nice and in less than 20 minutes I was on my way home with my car inspection done, thank you guys

Honest and reliable. I couldn't afford the repair and they gave a recommendation. They could have screwed me but they gave a solid recommendation. I'll bring them repairs they can handle.
