Sandra & Jonathan have continually renewed my trust and have taken great care of me when I first started going to them in 2021. I take both of our vehicles there and they have always been upfront, done right by, & shown/recommended what really needs to be addressed as well as what can potentially wait-(every vehicle is different) They have continued to improve/grow the business to serve more customers while improving the customer experience-( they just opened a customer lounge to relax/chill & moved the office over one suite, to benefit customers & their business operations) I am extremely grateful for their help & service, and will continue to trust them with the care of my vehicles.

ME Automotive recently added an office to their facility, leaving the first room for a customer lounge with coffee and Wifi. Some of the seats are very comfortable. I was unaware that they now text you when your car is ready and sat for 30 minutes, before I looked at my phone, which I had silenced - - that's the reason I rated only 4 stars. I waited while they flushed my transmission. They stay on top of my manufacturer's suggested annual checkups, which I appreciate and they tell me when they see any issues.

Brake and rotor replacement for my rear brakes for less than 440 total, and they drove me home and picked me up. Grade A service, and I WILL be a returning customer. Also, they have a really cute and sweet cat.

Good people and great fast service

First time customer here at ME Automotives and they were amazing. Came in for a state inspection and they went above and beyond with giving me information in regards to changing my registration.
