Found ME Automotive on my neighborhood FB page, both this location and the Buda location came highly recommended. They did not disappoint! They were communicative, honest, fair, explained things to me, walked me out to show me, and even brought me the parts that needed to be repaired. They were kind enough to speak to my Dad on the phone, and offered to FT if needed. They gave me solutions and options, I didn’t feel pressured. Great customer service, fair prices, and quick. Josh the store manager was great and Robert my technician was fantastic! I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do, I’m coming back here! Thank you!

Dropped my car at ME Automotive's Kyle location for an oil change, and they were excellent! Very pleasant, kind, and the work was done quickly. They didn't try to upsell me on anything special, but did tell me my rear brakes have about 15% left on them. I was aware of that already and they didn't make me feel pressured, but gave me a transparent quote for that work which was very reasonable. Overall a really pleasant experience and I'll definitely be back. (PS- cheapest oil change of my life with the coupon they offer on the back of your Kyle HEB receipt!)
