KYLE Auto Repair
***UPDATE*** I was able to speak with Josh after posting my original review, and it's my understanding that compared to other automotive repair shops in the local area, his prices are somewhat more reasonable when compared. I understand that he more than likely has to set his prices close to that of his competitors to stay in business, and I, for one, do not want to be the reason he loses business, so I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4. He did do a good job with the work that was done on our vehicle, and ultimately, that's the main goal. I, unfortunately, had access to professional mechanic who is a family member who would've done the work for half the cost, but due to poor communication on our end, I wasn't able to take advantage of that. If you don't know anything about cars, do yourself a favor, and don't bring your car here unless you want to be overcharged. I don't doubt they do a decent job when working on your vehicle, but their labor rates are outrageous. I'm all for putting value on your work, but when performing somewhat basic maintenance procedures like flushing the brake system and charging $85 for labor; it just seems unethical. Anyways, lesson learned the hard way; just figured I'd put it out there to save anyone else from having to make the same mistake; unless you have the money, and don't mind being overcharged...to each their own.
