Spoke to someone on the phone about the issues with my car. I asked if I could make an appointment and they told me yes and to bring it in the morning a week later. Took almost the whole day to fix the issue. After reading other reviews I see they don’t actually take appointments. Just wish I had known since I did have plans that day that I had to cancel since my car was there so long. Not sure if we will come back.

Hi Elizabeth, I have some concerns with a couple of things on this review. If we scheduled you for a week out that must have been when we were short staffed due to covid and literally only have two employees here. Can you tell me when this was and the order number at the top right of your invoice so that I may look into your issue. Due to supply chain issues repairs may take longer than normal but if we got your car diagnosed and repair in the same day that is a win in my book. We mainly work by appointments and try to have the customer in and out in the same day. Please give me a call at 512-504-3329 and ask for Josh.

Needed a towing hitch removed, so they told me to bring the car in and they'd try to squeeze it in. Brought the car in and they got after it right away. After looking at the work involved, they quoted me $140 minimum and $190 max. This seemed reasonable, as it was obvious that to get the hitch off they'd have to first drop the exhaust. Also, a lot of rusted bolts to deal with (hitch had been on for quite a few years). As it turned out, the job went more quickly than they'd anticipated, so instead of holding me to the $140 minimum, they only charged me $98 bucks. When I get my new car and want the hitch attached, these are the guys I'm going with. Great experience.

I wish they had more appointments available instead of having to schedule multiple days In advance. The last time I was there I went in for an oil change/inspection and left with a check engine light. I took it back immediately and they were able to run diagnostics and clear the code, but their initial response to my issue was poor. "They don't cover coincidence if the light doesn't turn off..." They basically were blaming me for likely not clearing the codes after the inspection. The location in Buda is a better spot and worth the extra 15 minute drive. Don't spend your money on Kyle.

I will never take my car to any other auto mechanic. ME is always professional and honest. They always walk you though exactly what needs to be repaired immediately and what can wait. They even will tell you the repercussions of if you do wait. I took my car here to get the brakes replaced a few months ago, then recently my brakes were shaking as if I needed to get them done again. I thought this was odd, so I took it in to be looked at. They explained that one of the suspension arms (maybe... forgive me my husband usually handles the cars) was loose and was causing the brakes to wear down unevenly. They said that because of their warranty, they would replace the brakes again for free and recommended that I get the arm fixed to prevent this happening again. Never had I ever taken my car somewhere that they honored their warranty. I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone

I had a great experience here. It was my first time here so the inspection was free, which is all I went for. I found out the place doesn't accept walk-in visits so I had to make an appointment.
