I have used them before but this last time, they wanted to charge me $680+ to change the spark plugs on my 2006 Dodge Ram. The wanted to charge 4 hours plus on labor. The plugs cost me $207, and I bought a swivel spark plug socket and did the job myself in an hour. Why charge 4 hours for a one hour job? Rhetorical, of course.

This was my first visit to ME Automotive. I heard about it from a friend and Realtor. The front staff was nice and friendly. The office and waiting area was clean and welcoming. The house cat was cute as well ☺️ They got my vehicle in on-time for my scheduled appointment and got me out quickly. I will definitely return here for future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

I called to see about them having time on Saturday for an inspection. The lady who helped me fit me in. When I arrived I didn’t feel like I was being judged and they made me feel comfortable. The lady at the desk clearly has it together, and I got the impression she is organized. One of the mechanics came in to bring keys to the lady and he was polite. I’ll be back when I need work done. I do all of my vehicles’ maintenance but don’t touch engines, transmissions and other complicated systems. I have a feeling this place will get your vehicle rolling good. Everything was very professional and people were nice which is much appreciated!
