Mia, we are sorry that you feel this way. The initial quote was done over the phone and that being said, all vehicles are different. Once the vehicle was on site, we were able to determine the correct amount and was discussed with you. On the light bulb pricing, we are very competitive and offer a fair market share value on these bulbs but unfortunately we cannot compete with online retailers since they cannot supply orders promptly as actual brick and mortar locations such as Oreilly's or Advance Auto Parts. The bulb used on your vehicle are the high performance sylverstar ultra, which is a high end bulb for your vehicle. To my knowledge, you were offered 2 different choices of bulbs and labor to repair your issue. We did reach out over the phone the day of the incident and were offered a solution which still stands.
