True customer service at its finest! Towed my f150 in on Saturday, they called me first thing Monday morning, and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon. They called every step of the way. I have not experienced such amazing customer service, and customer CARE in a very long time. It's amazing businesses like this that are the epitome of a small town where we all take care of each other and help each other out! I will make This shop my go to mechanic shop for everything. Just amazing how well they took care me.

I only gave them one star because you have to give something there were trying to charge me $80 to Weld a hanger on my exhaust

So sorry to hear you did not like our labor rate, we do have to pay a mechanic to do the job and it does take materials, electricity and time to do any weld job.

Be mindful when you use their services. Knowledgeable mechanics and great for small repairs (oil changes, inspections, etc.) but they have over quoted me on two separate occasions for two separate jobs. Not sure where replacement parts are ordered from but their vendor prices seem steep. Leary of a shop that charges more for a job than the dealership.

I had my Jaguar XFR custom done with exhaust cutouts by M. E. Automotive. The owner is quick to communicate and very professional/knowledgeable. Josh and Robert who worked on my car, communicated throughout the entire process and made sure I knew each step of what was going on, and did a high quality custom job on my car. These gentlemen go above and beyond for their customers. Stop in here next time you need something done on your car if you want peace of mind in knowing you will be taken care of.
