A couple of weeks back I was installing a bull bar on my truck and got stuck. One of the bolts I was trying to remove was on too tight and needed a compression tool to remove. I was out of luck because mine recently gave out so I was doing everything with a battery-operated drill and ratchet. I tried everything to remove it but had no luck. I took the chance of driving to 4 shops to see if anyone would lend a hand (tool) to remove the tow hook bolts from under the truck. I had no luck until I came to ME Automotive. The guys were happy to help and got under the truck right away. I had no appt, I was asking for help knowing I wasn’t going to purchase a service from them and without hesitation they offered to help and wouldn’t take cash. I can’t thank these guys enough. I wasn’t in a predicament I couldn’t have just taken care of later. Knowing the guys were that willing to help and immediately jumped in, has DEFINITELY earned my business! I’ll DEFINITELY be returning. It’s said a lot about their character!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

My experience with ME Auto, was absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to help me. They were very reassuring and ridiculously patient with me and my vehicle. Having car problems can be stressful and obviously not ideal, but somehow they was able to make this a pleasant experience. The service that I provided to me by ME Automotive Repair far surpasses anything I've experienced anywhere else. They have ruined any chance of me going anywhere else for my vehicle. Great auto shop, I highly recommend them! I had lowering springs and an exhaust header installed on my 2017 Miata. Josh and the rest of the guys were very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was extremely competitive, customer service was top notch, and I felt like my car was in good hands while it was here. If I get further modifications done in the future, I'll definitely be bringing my car back to ME Auto.
