They got my truck on lift and realized they didn't have my filter. Instead of telling me I was just left waiting. They were nice overall and gave me a discount for the wait but it would have made a world of difference to just tell me so that I could have been picked up and received a call when it was completed, it would have saved me over an hour and half of waiting on their lobby couch.
