You know that feeling when you found the mechanic you will use for the next 20 years. No? Let me introduce you to them. I've used the shop three times on three separate issues. There was no need for review after the first two. Price was good, work was completed on time, they kept me informed of where they were at in the process.... what I expect from a shop. The third time I used them I was expecting another repair on my used truck. BUT here's what stood out. They proactively let me know it was a warranty issue with the part. So to me, that means on top of the good price, work completed on time and keeping me up to date. They ACTUALLY cared more about me as a customer than a few dollars in profit. False advertising. Your website says "alternator REPAIR" and you told me on the phone that you only replace them. Waste of time. And also your person that answered said that you can't repair an alternator. That is not true either. Definitely not a good impression

The people ay ME Auto are the best fast friendly service reasonable price I've never had any reason to complain

Took my 05 nissan titan for a fuel pump replacement. They said it was fixed and it came with warranty. 2 weeks later the problem recurred so I had to take it back for another after market fuel pump. Now the sending unit of this after market fuel pump is broke and it can't be interchangeable with the OEM so I have to replace it with a genuine nissan fuel pump. Some of the reviews are well and good bUT they use cheap parts.
