Having my car worked on at this place has been the best auto repair experience I've ever had (especially as a woman). Jonathan was amazing - he showed me the belts they had to repair and gave me options based on what I could afford. They obviously have the customer's best interest!

If you're looking for a shop that has their customer's best interest in mind, this is not the place. They didn't even bat an eye when it came to leaving me without my car for three days. I had an emergency and lost notion of time, apparently a one minute courtesy call is too much to ask for. I would've paid over the phone and asked that my keys be left behind or sent one of my family members for my car had I known. If thats how they treat you as a customer, imagine the service they actually give your car.

Honest mechanic shop. Said my brakes still had pad left and I really didn't need to change them yet.

Not honest, even if you know what the issue is they suggest a look see to either tinker with something or add to the diagnosis and cost you more money. Highly recommended not using this local shop. They can also be dismisive of ypur concerns with car and impatient. That has led to multiple encounters where i recieved nothing after being told i could get a quote and never happened. Smh! Is there any honest mechanics left???

They were courtious professionals who explained the issues 's and showed me the defective parts. Best part is they are realistic when it comes to time frame

Only state inspectors available after 5 in the area and they were speedy, friendly and obviously genuine about seeking long term customers :)
