If you're looking for a shop that has their customer's best interest in mind, this is not the place. They didn't even bat an eye when it came to leaving me without my car for three days. I had an emergency and lost notion of time, apparently a one minute courtesy call is too much to ask for. I would've paid over the phone and asked that my keys be left behind or sent one of my family members for my car had I known. If thats how they treat you as a customer, imagine the service they actually give your car.
Brenda I do recall this happened, unfortunately our staff at the time did not know the importance of reaching out to our customers before we close. We have corrected that problem since. If you ever need anything in the future we are here to take care of you.
