We moved here from Chicago recently. It was essentially an ordeal of negative proportions when we arrived. We transported my wife’s Jaguar on a car carrier on a moving truck. The car started but would not go into gear. We called the jaguar dealer and we’re told it would be 3000 to 3500 to fix the car. This was without even looking at the car. Our neighbor Jen gave my wife a card for this place and said they were fair. I had my car towed in and was was diagnosed and repaired for 1400. Sandra and Jonathan were freaking amazing. Treated me the way I treated people when I was an auto mechanic/store manager/service manager back in Illinois. I didn’t know who to trust and was afraid of being ripped off being from out of state. These people have 100%of my trust and business for the cars we have and have yet to purchase. My daughter who doesn’t drive yet also said she’ll be going here when she is old enough to do so. You’d be a fool to not try this family operation that treats you like family.

I have been taking my vehicles, my children’s vehicles to M&E Automotive for many, many years- ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST- being a woman- the technicians always explain the systems- the logic behind what is happening with the vehicle- and repairs needed- courtesy and knowledge guiding me through - what at times - feels like a huge obstacle to overcome- yet- each time- vehicle is repaired- I am more informed of routine maintenance that I need to be doing on my end- to keep my vehicle running efficiently and safely- that kind of service is hard to find and with the cost of parts on the rise- I am satisfied with the service I receive- the technicians go beyond any other shop I have encountered- thank you for what you all do - keeping our vehicles on the road!! The exemplary service that is continually provided!!! Cheers!! Yet again- starter issues- the shop handled the warranty end of the part- repaired it in hours- and my son can return to work- ME is always professional, honest- and informative!! I trust this shop!!!

Great first time experience here. Got oil change and tire rotation. Tire rotation free on stock tires just blew my mind. Very friendly folks working the office. Will definetly be using this location for all my future maintenance/repair needs as long as the same folks run the office here.

Went here for the first time today to get oil change and tire rotation. Free tire rotation if you have stock tires blew my mind. Folks in the office are super friendly. I believe if there was ever an issue, they would make it right. Very customer service oriented. Got in and out with an appointment in less than an hour. At the dealership, even with appointments, the oil change and rotation took me nearly two. Will definitely be using this place for all my future maintenance/repair needs.
