I appreciate how friendly and professional the staff are. I had my brakes replaced, and they dropped me off at home and picked me up when it was all done. The cost is reasonable and they don't try to sell you on something you don't need done right away. I have been very satisfied with the work they have done on my car.

I needed to get my vehicle inspection and decided to give ME Automotive a chance. They finished the inspection quicker than anticipated and even gave it to me for free as a first time client. You will definitely give them my business next time my vehicles need actual work.

After spending half of a Friday morning driving around to different places trying to get an inspection with no luck (no inspection tech available or a "no inspections today" sign posted without explanation), I decided to give ME Auto Repair a try, and I am so glad I did. The technician in the office could not have been nicer, and he informed me that it would be about 45 minutes since there were a couple of vehicles in front of mine that had been scheduled via appointment. He explained that several of their employees are licensed inspectors, so they are pretty much always able to complete inspections at any time on any given day. I had been there for maybe 15 or 20 minutes when he told me that my vehicle was complete and had passed inspection without issue. He then said that it was "on the house" since it was my first time using them. I told him that I will gladly use them for my next synthetic oil change that is due very soon. I don't think I've ever been this impressed by an auto shop!
