ME Automotive recently added an office to their facility, leaving the first room for a customer lounge with coffee and Wifi. Some of the seats are very comfortable. I was unaware that they now text you when your car is ready and sat for 30 minutes, before I looked at my phone, which I had silenced - - that's the reason I rated only 4 stars. I waited while they flushed my transmission. They stay on top of my manufacturer's suggested annual checkups, which I appreciate and they tell me when they see any issues.
