Called few places to do my vehicle inspection. Lots of places do not find vehicle inspection profitable so they usually don’t bother to go out of their way to help. This shop is different. I called and they were excited to help. I can tell the guys who work at this shop give 100% in what they do. Great customer service. Will definitely return.

It is very important that as new technicians are hired that they keep in mind the vehicles that they service is someone else’s transportation and the basic knowledge of a car should be followed.

First time visiting this business and was very happy with their prompt and friendly service. I was able to get my dad’s car inspected in less than 20 min with appointment and the staff was friendly to work with. Will return in the future for other services.

This was my first visit to ME Automotive. I heard about it from a friend and Realtor. The front staff was nice and friendly. The office and waiting area was clean and welcoming. The house cat was cute as well ☺️ They got my vehicle in on-time for my scheduled appointment and got me out quickly. I will definitely return here for future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

I called to see about them having time on Saturday for an inspection. The lady who helped me fit me in. When I arrived I didn’t feel like I was being judged and they made me feel comfortable. The lady at the desk clearly has it together, and I got the impression she is organized. One of the mechanics came in to bring keys to the lady and he was polite. I’ll be back when I need work done. I do all of my vehicles’ maintenance but don’t touch engines, transmissions and other complicated systems. I have a feeling this place will get your vehicle rolling good. Everything was very professional and people were nice which is much appreciated!

Jonathan and Sandra were absolutely amazing and helped me with my tire at the last minute and found that there was a nail it in! They did it all with fast service and a smile! They turned my stressful day into such a bright one! Tally was such a sweet kitty too! Will definitely be returning to this business!
