Service was fast and no pushy repairs suggested! Used for several years for inspections

They got my truck on lift and realized they didn't have my filter. Instead of telling me I was just left waiting. They were nice overall and gave me a discount for the wait but it would have made a world of difference to just tell me so that I could have been picked up and received a call when it was completed, it would have saved me over an hour and half of waiting on their lobby couch.

The word Lifesavers are often set aside for The Fire Department or EMT's, But the auto mechanics at M.E AUTOMOTIVE in my book also fall in that select club of HERO'S. We brought in our car 10/08/2016 at 8 in the morning, it felt as it was misfiring, the whole car would shake and felt sluggish. And the hero's there at M.E AUTOMOTIVE jumped into action, first off may I point out they drove us back home while they worked on our car. And by 11 am they identified the problem by 12;30 all was fixed plus a oil change and with a ride back to the shop we where back on the road. The cost almost half of what would cost elsewhere and being they are local you get that small town feel when it comes to customer service I once thought was lost in this modern age.
