I had taken my 01 cadillac for an inspection while was there asked about relearn for my tire pressure sensors...I had gotten new tires from a big chain and was told they could not do the relearn cause my car was too old. Had taken to other national auto repair places only to be told the same or that had to take it to a caddy dealer. M.E tech was the only guy who said he could do it and when he wasn't able to told me that it was because two sensors were bad and needed replaced. More information than any of the other shops had ever given me. Definitely go back to these guys!!

I needed an oil change fairly quick because I had a tight schedule to keep and these guys were great! Staff was very nice! Will definitely start getting my oil changed here from now on!

First time customer. Talked with the manager while waiting on an oil change and ended up finding a fix for a small issue on my vehicle - I only brought it up because we started talking. They also bring in local kids from the high school to teach them the trade. Good place to do business.

I am the type who does as much of the work to my own vehicles as possible, however, for the few things I do require a shop for, I will continue returning to M E in Kyle. I have come to this location two times now. Each time they provided exactly what I asked and they did it in a very timely fashion too. We use the kyle location for our business and for personal use. Franchesca up front is amazing. Always polite and honest. Amazing customer service. The owner and the GM are also amazing. I would recommend them to any one. We have been stranded multiple times and they are always there to help.
