We brought in our car on 10-08-2016, at 8 am the car was shaking and sluggish while driving, We were greeted with a smile and a can do attitude by the gentlemen who works the desk, and once he found out we needed a ride back home until our car is done, without hesitation he said no problem and had one of the mechanics drive us home. By 11:30 we got a call telling us what needs fixed by 12:30 it was completed and we were given another ride back we were on the road by 1p.m. Everything fixed plus a oil change. What would have cost twice almost three times as much from the chain automotive repair places minus the ride to and fro and most of all minus the Small town hospitality feel we received at M.E Automotive. Money is one thing but being nice and respectful to the customers is something that can't be taught nor can be bought, but when you get it you better relish it because in today's world it is almost gone, BUT NOT AT M.E AUTOMOTIVE

I found ME Automotive here on Yelp based on location and star rating. They definitely lived up to their reviews. I was having trouble with my brakes and called ahead. Jonathan was friendly and straightforward about prices. I was able to bring my car in right away. GPS led me down the wrong street so I called again. Jonathan gave me better directions and even stood outside of the building to wave me down. Their shop is hard to see, the sign is small. As far as workmanship, I was very satisfied and impressed with their timeliness. I will officially be taking my car here for any future needs. These guys have great customer service but underneath all of it they are just another shop looking to make a buck. The manager will place priority only on the cars that he can get in and out. If you have a major project it will get worked on, only half of the time. Substandard parts the type you find at AutoZone...and don't bring better quality parts from another supplier or they won't even warranty the work. These guys are good for the little stuff only.

I don't often find very good auto shops that I have repeat business with until I went to ME Auto. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! I couldn't ask for better customer service. I brought one of my vehicles which needed hrs of work and they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the car was done! I felt they were very honest and weren't trying to con me into doing unnecessary work. Their prices were very reasonable and affordable. They are also a BBB accredited business which was how I found about them initially. If your having car troubles I highly recommend these guys, so skip the other bums across from them and do yourself and your car a favor and go to Me auto. I would and will definitely do business with them again.
