I come here for anything from major engine troubles to an oil change and they’re always friendly, fast, communicative, and professional. Came here for yearly inspection... Asked if they could take a look at a noise my truck was making... Service was really friendly and gave me a idea what it was but when it was time to check out I ended up paying $80 for a inspection which I was never told I was going to be charged just for them to drive around the block...And it wasn't even the problem they had told me. I took it somewhere else they fixed a totally different part that I paid this place to tell me it was the wrong part all along. Waste of money I didn't even know I was going to spend that day. Ugh👎😩👎

I’ll like to say thank you to josh and the guys today for fixing our suburban. We were totally lost on what the problem was. We took it to them this morning , took them 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong and a couple of hours to fix it. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop that does it for a good price, great service and prompt time frame. Thanks again for the help. My suburban is driving better than ever

These guys were awesome! A year and a half ago I got tires at NTB and they told me I needed brake work, and of they were ready to do it then. I took our truck in to ME Auto this week for that brake work, and they told me I didn't need it. What honesty, and at the cost of less business. I still did other work with them, and I plan on going back. Thank you ME!
